The 14 Best Pie Recipes for Pi Day

Mmmmmm pie. Or in this case, Pi!

Pi Day is celebrated each year on 3/14, symbolizing the significant numbers of the mathematical constant, pi, or π. A “constant” is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, and Pi has been calculated to over one trillion digits beyond its decimal point. It is an irrational and transcendental number, which means it will continue infinitely, without repetition or pattern.

While we may not be mathematical savants eager to attempt Pi memorization, we can appreciate the craziness of an infinite number. And what better way to celebrate that with 14 of the most delicious pie recipes we could find?!

While you may not need to look far for a good reason to indulge in pie this week, Pi Day literally defines why you should.
