Christmas Ham Workout Blast

It’s time to get that booty burning with this ham blasting day-after Christmas workout! As reality sets in that Christmas is another 364 days away, let’s fight off the blues and holiday food hangover, shall we?

No gym? No workout equipment? No problem! This full body workout targets all the major areas and gets your heart pumping. Since most of us are lucky to be home for the holidays – wherever that may be – resources can be limited and it’s an opportunity to get creative! Take us for example, our pup Chili is keeping us on our toes! Follow along, and blast off for the next 15 minutes!

 Warm Up:

  • 10 burpees – push up optional
  • 25 jumping jacks

Drop it Low Booty Flow:

  • 20 squats (dog optional)
  • Right side all the way through, then left
  • 10 cat kicks
  • 10 hammer curls
  • 10 doggie fire hydrants
  • 10 cat sidekicks

Armed with Holiday Spirit:

  • 10 push ups
  • 30 seconds forearm plank 
  • repeat x5!

The Finish Line:

  • As many burpees as you can in 1 minute!
