Live The Truth: Great American Smokeout Giveaway

The Truth is, we can eliminate smoking in our world, and it starts with you.

Unfortunately, most of us know someone who has succumbed to a disease caused by smoking; an addiction that’s triggered by a choice, delivering an outcome that’s truly avoidable. On Great American Smokeout Day we want to focus on the cold hard truth, and your choice towards positivity – whether for yourself or for a loved one.

We can do this together.

I nominate my Son who has quit smoking with me. I quit 3 years ago after 30+ yrs of smoking and this year my son has quit. I’m so proud of him. I know how hard it is to keep saying no every day on and off all day. Not to give in to those crazy cravings. It’s hard and it takes a lot of will power. Thanks for acknowledging all their hard work to quit this nasty habit.

I nominate my father in law. He quit smoking, and exercises now. He is a true example that you CAN change for the better.

I have several people I can nominate. My Sister in law Kathy Bishop quit cold turkey about a year and a half ago. I myself quit in January this year. My Brother in law Tommy McClanahan quit in March. And my other brother in law and his wife Donnie and Lou McClanahan quit 3 months ago. So far we have all kept to it and trust me it feels GREAT
